Buying commercial or residential premises is a potentially profitable investment. The agreement will be considered as such only under the condition of "purity" of the purchased object. For this, it is necessary to check the real estate. From a legal point of view, the procedure includes steps aimed at verifying the seller's identity, researching the investment or purchase agreement, and other measures. Why do you need a legal real estate inspection?

A pre-purchase legal real estate inspection is required to identify a problematic property. Measures will prevent spending money on a plot of land or premises that will need to be protected from claims in the future.
A comprehensive check will help to exclude the possibility of freezing the funds invested, for example, in the construction of a residential or non-residential object.
It is advisable for buyers to use the real estate inspection in order to exclude claims from third parties: from the seller's relatives, previous owners of the object, business partners, guardians, etc.
