ADDITIONAL REMUNERATION OF 70,000 UAH FOR MILITARY SERVANTS - LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an additional financial reward for the military in the amount of 70 thousand hryvnias, which can be applied starting this month. The payment is intended for certain categories of servicemen and is intended to support those who perform their duties in combat conditions. We will tell you who is entitled and under what conditions the payment is made.
Necessary conditions for accrual
- Servicemen who are directly on the line of contact with the enemy
- Servicemen who perform combat or special tasks in the first echelon of defense or offensive at a distance from the company base, will be able to receive the payment.
- In addition, military personnel performing combat missions between the positions of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and the aggressor, on the territories occupied by Russia, as well as on the territory of the enemy, will have the right to this payment.
So, from now on, military personnel serving on the front lines can potentially receive more than 190 thousand hryvnias, consisting of:
- cash allowance, which is determined on the basis of rank, position and years of service (minimum UAH 20,100),
- 100 thousand hryvnias for "combat" merits,
- 70 thousand UAH reward.
Features of payment
This payment will be accrued for every 30 days (total calculated) of combat missions. Thus, the additional payment does not depend on a specific month — it will be provided after the end of each new 30 days of completing tasks.
Special details of obtaining an additional reward
However, there may be some peculiarities regarding this payment. If "combatants" are paid monthly and their amount depends on the number of days during which tasks were performed, then the wording regarding the payment of 70,000 in the Cabinet of Ministers resolution has a different form: "for every 30 days (totally calculated) of performing such tasks." This means that this payment is not tied to a specific month, but will be made only when a total of 30 days of tasks have been completed.
The new financial reward in the amount of UAH 70,000, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, will become an important source of support for military personnel performing their duties in combat conditions.
Payment is calculated according to specific conditions, in particular for those who are on the front line with the enemy or perform special tasks.
In particular, the military can receive additional funds after every 30 days of combat missions, which allows them to receive significant amounts depending on the length of service.
