In different areas of professional activity, employees have different rights to receive vacation at a time convenient for them. Ukrainian legislation provides for different categories of persons who are given priority in determining vacation time. Such persons have the right to vacation at a time convenient for them, taking into account their work activity, social and family circumstances. 1. Persons with disabilities

Husbands whose wives are on parental leave have the right to leave at a time convenient for them.This provides an opportunity to support the wife in raising the child and share family responsibilities.
5. Workers exposed to danger at the workplace
Employees who work in conditions associated with a risk to health or life have the right to vacation at a time convenient for them. This is provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Vacations" and is aimed at protecting the health of employees.
When granting leave at a time convenient for them, employees must apply to the employer in writing.
