- receiving an invitation after checking the submitted documents.
2.3. Invitation from the educational institution
Necessary documents:
- a letter of invitation from the educational institution indicating the purpose, duration of study and guarantees regarding the provision of a place of residence;
- a copy of the license for the right to carry out educational activities (for private educational institutions).
Procedure:
- submission of documents to the educational institution, which sends the request to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- receiving an invitation, which is then sent to a foreigner.
3. Submission of visa documents
3.1. Preparation of visa documents
Necessary documents:
- invitation (original);
- passport of a foreigner;
- completed application form for obtaining a visa;
- photos of the installed sample;
- Medical Insurance;
- documents confirming financial capacity (for certain categories).
3.2. Submission of documents
- submission of documents to the consulate or embassy of Ukraine in the foreigner's country of residence;
