Land plot boundaries marking. Land operations.
Marking the boundaries of the land plot is an important stage in the implementation of any operations with the land. This is the process of determining and marking the exact boundaries of the plot on the ground, which is necessary to avoid disputes with neighbors and ensure the legal purity of real estate transactions.
Marking of the country plot
For country plots, as well as for any other land plots, boundary marking is a necessary procedure. Plot boundary marking includes determining the exact coordinates of the plot boundaries using geodetic tools and establishing boundary marks. Land plot marking allows owners to avoid possible conflicts with neighbors and ensures proper use of the land.
Plot marking: price
The price for plot marking can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the area of the plot, the complexity of its configuration, the location and the cost of the surveying company's services. Usually, the price includes the cost of a specialist's visit to the area, measurements, preparation of documents and installation of boundary marks.
Plot marking procedure
The plot marking procedure includes several stages:
Service order: The plot owner applies to the surveying company to order a marking service.
Preparation of documents: The owner provides the necessary documents, such as title deeds for the land plot and technical documentation.
Trip to the area: The surveyor goes to the area to carry out measurements.
Determining the boundaries: The surveyor determines the exact coordinates of the boundaries of the site and establishes boundary marks.Preparation of the report: After the completion of the work, the surveyor prepares a report, which includes maps and diagrams with marked site boundaries.
Marking of the territory of the land plot
Therefore, marking the territory of a land plot is an integral part of its cadastral accounting and registration. This ensures the accuracy of plot location data required for any land transaction such as sale, gift or inheritance.
Division and unification of land plots
The division of land may be necessary for various reasons. Most often, it is carried out in cases when:
It is necessary to sell, give or exchange not the entire plot, but only a part of it.
There is a need to divide the land between the co-owners of the house.
A person wants to leave a plot of land as an inheritance to several heirs.
The division of the land plot can be carried out for plots of private, communal and state property. In the case of dividing the plot into several parts, new boundary marks must be installed.
The procedure for the division or unification of land plots includes the development of technical documentation regarding the establishment of plot boundaries and the formation of new plots in the State Land Cadastre. Each newly created plot is assigned a cadastral number, and state registration of ownership is carried out for each of them.
Unification of land plots: conditions and procedure
Unification of land plots is possible subject to the following conditions:
All plots planned for unification are located within one settlement.
The plots have a common border.
All combined areas have the same purpose.
None of the plots have been seized.Steps for combining land plots:

If this is not done, appropriate action should be taken. Step-by-step instructions can be found on the website zem.ua.
