Business registration is a procedure for registering the company's activities in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. This process includes the registration of a company as a legal entity or an individual in order to obtain legal status, carry out business activities and fulfill tax and other mandatory requirements.
Business registration can include such steps as choosing the form of ownership, choosing the name of the company, preparing and submitting the necessary documents to the relevant government authorities, obtaining the appropriate licenses and permits, registering with the tax service, opening bank accounts accounts etc.
Classifier of types of economic activity is a classification system used in Ukraine to organize and systematize information about economic activities. It corresponds to the European standard NACE (Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community).
