- Gradual increase of the minimum pension amount. It is expected that by 2026, the minimum military pension will reach 8,000 hryvnias per month.
- Extension of social guarantees. It is planned to provide additional benefits for military pensioners, in particular, free provision of medicines, vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment, etc.
- Improvement of the indexing mechanism. The system of indexation of military pensions will be improved in order to more accurately reflect the increase in the standard of living in Ukraine.
