She began her professional career as a lawyer in the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. She worked for 4 years, rising to the position of assistant judge. She worked for 2 years in an insurance company (PJSC "UTSK"), was engaged in the settlement of insurance cases, represented the interests of the insurance company in the courts of Ukraine. She worked for more than two years in the construction company "Zoloche Group of Companies" LLC as a legal advisor. This company built garden houses, cottage towns, a hotel complex, and houses on the water. For 3 years she worked for the developer Comfort Life (builder of residential complexes in the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region). Managed the ongoing work of the enterprise, drew up various types of contracts, accompanied the conclusion of contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate objects (including obtaining credit funds from banks for the purchase of real estate from the developer), was engaged in the preparation of document packages for the start of construction (preparatory) works, carried out the introduction capital construction objects into operation, and also dealt with other issues related to the activities of the developer. Since February 2022, I have been working in a bar association, I have a certificate of the right to practice as a lawyer. Professional skills: - relevant knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (civil, economic, administrative, corporate, land, labor law); - representation of interests in courts; - claim and lawsuit work (drafting of procedural documents); - support of the current activity of the enterprise; - drafting and analysis of various types of agreements, contracts, agreements, protocols; - development of internal documentation and preparation of constituent documents; - work on registration and changes in registration documents of legal entities and subjects of business registration; - conducting negotiations with counterparties; - providing legal advice; - conflict resolution by alternative means; - resolution of issues with state authorities, local self-government bodies, judicial bodies.
