Military personnel performing military service under a contract, in peacetime, for the duration of a special period, may be dismissed in connection with the entry into force of a court judgment of conviction, who were sentenced to imprisonment, restriction of liberty, deprivation of military rank or deprivation of freedom of law hold certain positions

Servicemen who carry out military service under the contract from the moment of the announcement of mobilization and until the announcement of demobilization may be dismissed from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in connection with the entry into force of the conviction of the court, who were sentenced to imprisonment, restriction of liberty or deprivation of military rank
