However, despite the fact that the change of location of the organization is only a move, according to the current legislation, the legal entity is obliged to notify the state authorities about it and register this fact in a proper manner. If the registration of changes of the legal entity is not timely, the organization risks not receiving important letters and messages, which can lead to serious consequences.
Changing the legal address of the enterprise: concepts and features
The place of state registration of an enterprise is the address of its management or executive body. The information may include details of the location of the director's office or residence, which is formally known as the corporate address or legal address. When a company plans to change its legal address, management should understand that this information includes certain data that are fully entered into the Unified State Register (USR), namely:

It is noteworthy that today the legislation of Ukraine does not establish such a concept as the legal address of the organization. However, instead, the Civil Code means what the location of the enterprise is. ● At the last stage, the bank details are updated in the financial institution.
