In peacetime, the dismissal of contractors for family reasons is possible if there are conditions stipulated by a separate regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

During the special period, the dismissal of military personnel under a contract form of service is possible according to an exhaustive list of the article. For example, these circumstances could be:

Maintenance by a serviceman of an adult child who is a person with a disability of group I or II;

The presence of a wife (spouse) from among persons with disabilities and / or one of their parents or parents of a spouse (spouse) from among persons with disabilities of group I or II;

A serviceman has three or more children under 18, etc.

From the moment of the announcement of mobilization and until the announcement of demobilization, the dismissal of such military personnel is possible under the following conditions:

In connection with raising a child with a disability under the age of 18;

In connection with the need to exercise guardianship over a person with a disability recognized by the court as incompetent;

In connection with the need to provide ongoing care for a person with a disability of group I;

Female military personnel - in connection with pregnancy;

One of the spouses, both of whom are serving in the military and have a child (children) under the age of 18;

Military personnel who independently raise a child (children) under the age of 18, etc.

What should you pay attention to when writing a report?

The report on dismissal for military service has a fairly specific structure.

When filling out the heading of the document, indicate the number of the military unit and the surname with the initials of the commander of this military unit.

It is necessary to add documents confirming the circumstances described above. If you are raising a child under the age of 18 on your own, you can attach a copy of the child's birth certificate, a copy of the military passport, a copy of the divorce certificate to the report. In other circumstances, documents that will confirm them as much as possible.
