The right to pass the military medical commission
Military personnel while serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have the full right to undergo a military medical commission to confirm the fitness for military service or to obtain an opinion on a different status of fitness.
In particular, in order to exercise his right to undergo a repeated VLK, a person undergoing military service must apply with an appropriate report to the commander and provide the necessary attachments.
