The right to pass the military medical commission
Military personnel while serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have the full right to undergo a military medical commission to confirm the fitness for military service or to obtain an opinion on a different status of fitness.

The right to receive a referral to undergo a military medical examination comes from the moment the state of health of a serviceman deteriorates or such malformations are identified that may interfere with the full-fledged military service.
