Termination of military service of a contract serviceman during martial law
Early termination of a contract under martial law has become more difficult due to a significant limitation on the number of grounds for dismissal. Despite this, such a possibility exists and has been tested in practice.
The dismissal of a contract soldier from military service during martial law is not an easy task. When drawing up a report, it is necessary to describe in more detail your right to early termination of the contract. Please note that it is necessary to issue a link to regulatory legal acts, describe the item on the basis of which you are asking for dismissal.

Birth certificate of the child;
Certificate of a disabled child;
Medical report on a disabled child.
