14.03.2025 10:38:52 Вітаю, не підлягають призову чоловіки, у яких жінки та чоловіки, чиї близькі родичі (чоловік, дружина, син, донька, батько, мати або рідний (повнорідний, неповнорідний) брат чи сестра) загинули або зникли безвісти за особливих обставин під час здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки, Потрібно надати витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру ветеранів війни), витяг із Єдиного реєстру осіб, зниклих безвісти за особливих обставин.

14.03.2025 10:57:26 Вітаю! Якщо батько перебуває в полоні, це може бути підставою для відстрочки від мобілізації, але ситуація залежить від офіційного статусу полоненого та сімейного стану сина. Згідно із законом, відстрочку можуть отримати: Сини військовослужбовців, які загинули, зникли безвісти або перебувають у полоні (за умови наявності офіційного підтвердження). Особи, які мають на утриманні недієздатних батьків або одиноких батьків похилого віку, які потребують догляду. Щоб оформити відстрочку, потрібно звернутися до ТЦК із заявою та документами, які підтверджують полон батька (офіційний лист від військової частини або Міноборони). Якщо військкомат відмовляється враховувати цей фактор, можна оскаржити рішення через суд або звернутися до військового адвоката.

17.03.2025 11:20:57 Наразі встановлено, що не підлягають призову на військову службу під час мобілізації військовозобов’язані з числа громадян, які проходили військову службу та були звільнені зі служби у запас у зв’язку із звільненням з полону. Щодо родичів таких осіб відстрочка не передбачена, однак є ряд підстав для відстрочки щодо родичів осіб, які загинули або пропали безвісти
