13.06.2021 20:33:08 Протягом 14 днів можна повернути без причини. Тут приховані недоліки. І враховуючи те, що товар не використовувався, має всі етикетки, упаковку і чек можна спробувати обміняти на небракований або повернути.

Відповідно Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів», споживач має право на обмін товару належної якості протягом чотирнадцяти днів, не рахуючи дня купівлі, якщо триваліший строк не оголошений продавцем. Після спливу строку на повернення, Ви можете повернути чи обміняти товар лише за гарантією, тобто, якщо він неналежної якості. Дякую!

14.06.2021 19:00:14 Законом України «Про захист прав споживачів» передбачено, що протягом 14 днів з моменту оформлення покупки справний товар, тобто товар належної якості, який з будь-яких причин не сподобався покупцю, можна повернути. Тобто 14 днів - на товар належної якості. Якщо ні то звертайтеся до продавця або виробника з претензією не зважаючи на строки. Адже на кожен товар встановлена гарантія
