02.07.2022 11:04:42 Доброго дня. Договір дарування у період воєнного стану укласти можна, але потрібно звернути увагу на те, що це можна робити лише за місцем знаходження нерухомості. Потрібні документи на майно, його "свіжа" оцінка і документи дарувальника і обдарованого. Відносно ціни потрібно вже на місці дізнаватися у нотаріуса.

07.07.2022 15:20:30 Здравствуйте! Если мы говорим о дарственной на квартиру, то: -паспорт, ИНН; -документы на недвижимость. Также понадобится согласие супруга и документы подтверждающие родство дарителя и одаряемого. С момента заключения договора дарственная считается бессрочной. Срок действия дарственной неограничен. Расторгнуть договор можно только в судебном порядке. Время оформления дарственной зависит от конкретной ситуации. Зачастую занимает порядка 1,5-2 часов. Необходимо иметь все документы, которые нужны для дарственной на квартиру, в том числе подтверждающие родство. Если мы говорим о машине, тогда: Процедура по передаче в дар автомобиля будет быстрой, если у дарителя имеются все необходимые документы. Должны быть: свидетельство о том, что машина зарегистрирована, страховка, договор дарения. Нужно также уплатить налог и предоставить нотариусу квитанцию об уплате. Удостоверение личности иметь при себе обоим.
