22.01.2021 18:10:16 Для получения справки о поданной декларации о доходах в налоговый орган, где вы состоите на учете, подается заявление. В заявлении указывается норма Налогового кодекса, которой предусмотрена выдача таких справок, и наименование органа, в который она подается. Это заявление вам помогут оформить в налоговой инспекции. При заполнении декларации указывается: тип декларации;отчетный период (календарный год);ваше ФИО;адрес места проживания;наименование органа, куда подается декларация;ваш статус (резидент/нерезидент);кем заполнена декларация;категория плательщика налогов;общая сумма доходов, полученных за год;сумма годового налогооблагаемого дохода;сумма налога на доход физлиц;сумма военного сбора;сумма доходов в виде заработной платы;сумма доходов от продажи движимого\недвижимого имущества;и многое другое, чего здесь не опишешь, т.к. есть ограничение на размер консультации. 22.01.2021 20:23:29 Довідка видається контролюючим органом за місцем податкового обліку (реєстрації). Для отримання необхідно подати заяву та декларацію. Видається безоплатно протягом 10 днів або нарочно або поштою. Підставою відмови у видачі є відсутність у контролюючому органі декларації про майновий стан в доходи. Повністю питання розкрите в ст. 179 податкового кодексу України, але основне я озвучив. Щодо інструкції про заповнення декларації - вказується сума понесених протягом звітного року витрат; сума заробітної плати та інших доходів, майно, право на майно та інше. Пам’ятайте що декларація про доходи та майно різниться залежно від мети з якою ви її подаєте.
