27.11.2020 17:57:45 Доброго дня. Нажадь за загальними правилами, автомобіль це джерело підвищеної небезпеки, тому водій зазвичай несе відповідальність. Кожна ситуація індивідуальна, проте необхідно збирати докази своєї невинуватості, адже слідчий та прокурор працюватимуть на те, щоб приятгти вас до відповідальності. Необхідно переконатися про відсутність камер відеоспостережень на дорозі та відео реєстраторів інших авто, які в той момент проїжджали поруч. Якщо ви їхали не самі, то всі пасажири є свідками ДТП,тому варто наполягати на їх допиті. Також приділіть особливу увагу своїм поясненням. Ще попереду слідчий експеримент де буде відтворюватися обстановка в момент ДТП і необхідно щоб ви правильно і послідовно вказали на обставини. Також буде проведено експертизу про наявність порушень правил дорожнього руху в діях обох учасників ДТП і від неї найбільше залежить ваше подальша доля, адже її висновки хоч і не є вирішальними, проте до них дослухаються і має суді і слідчі і прокурори. 28.11.2020 00:24:36 Адвокат дійсно потрібен. Головне вчасно і правильно документувати всі дії. Правильно складений протокол, схема тдп, свідчення дуже важливі. Головне щоб у протоколі не було відображено що винний водій. Якщо в протоколі вказано про вину водія, його слід підписати із зауваженнями зазначивши "із викладеними не згідний, винна відсутня, злочину не скоїв". В подальшому слід сприяти слідству спільно з адвокатом водія, дотримуватись вказівок адвоката. Тривалий час слідства на вашу користь, адже час лікує рани. Затягуйте справи.
