Як оновити дані в тцк, якщо працівники ігнорують ?

Recently, our team was asked a question: “Така ситуація, в чоловіка в Резерв+ світиться що він в розшуку. 2 січня він пішов в ТЦК, склали постанову, сказали що справа закрита і його знімуть з розшуку, але в Резерв+ він досі в розшуку, ходив в ТЦК ще 4 січня і 6. Нічого конкретного не кажуть, кожен раз різні історії про оновлення цього статусу в Резерв. Що робити? Як їх змусити внести дані в Оберіг про знаття з розшуку”

06.01.2025 15:31:00 Спочатку варто звернутися до ТЦК і попросити документально підтвердити, що справа закрита і чоловіка зняли з розшуку. Якщо це не допомагає, можна написати офіційне звернення до поліції або прокуратури з проханням внести дані про зняття з розшуку в Оберіг. Також можна сконтактувати з адвокатом, який допоможе у цьому питанні. Важливо мати всю необхідну документацію і бути настійливим у своїх вимогах.

06.01.2025 17:04:30 Вітаю, варто звертатися письмово (але відповідь можна чекати місяць) або направити Адвокатський запит (відповідь може прийти через 5 днів) для уточнення інформації щодо вашої ситуації та прохання внести дані в реєстр

Щоб змусити ТЦК оновити дані в системі "Оберіг" про зняття з розшуку, подайте письмову заяву до ТЦК із вимогою підтвердити зняття з розшуку та внести зміни до системи, додавши копії постанови чи інших документів. Якщо ТЦК продовжує ігнорувати, направте офіційний запит до Міністерства оборони із прикріпленням доказів ваших звернень. У разі бездіяльності подайте скаргу до обласного ТЦК чи Міноборони. Рекомендується звернутися до юриста для підготовки юридичних документів або адміністративного позову на бездіяльність. Наполягайте на зустрічі з керівництвом ТЦК та фіксуйте всі ваші дії письмово, щоб мати документальні підтвердження для подальших дій.

07.01.2025 19:14:12 Доброго дня! Потрібно подати письмовий запит до ТЦК. Відомості до Реєстру Оберіг повинні внести протягом 5 дні. Якщо запит ігнорують потрібно подати скаргу до обласного ТЦК, Міноборони або оскаржити бездіяльність ТЦК у судовому порядку.
