17.03.2025 17:25:13 Я розумію, що ситуація, в якій ви опинились, дуже складна. Проте, незаконні дії командування не можуть бути терпимі. Перш за все, спробуйте звернутися до вищестоячих начальників або службовців з офіцерським чином і повідомте їм про вашу ситуацію. Якщо це не допомагає, то можете звернутися до правозахисних організацій або адвоката для отримання консультації та підтримки. Найголовніше - захищайте своє здоров'я і життя. Якщо ви вважаєте, що ваше життя або здоров'я перебувають у небезпеці через незаконні дії командування, то маєте право виявити це і захистити себе. Не байдужайте до свого становища і шукайте підтримку у тих, хто може допомогти вам у цей складний момент.

Якщо військовослужбовець має поранення, контузії або інші проблеми зі здоров’ям, але командування ігнорує рапорти і відправляє на боєві завдання без належного лікування, це є порушенням його прав та військових норм. Насамперед потрібно офіційно зафіксувати стан здоров’я. Якщо рапорти не приймають, слід надіслати їх рекомендованим листом на адресу військової частини або через канцелярію під розпис. Додатково варто звернутися до медичної служби частини та вимагати направлення на військово-лікарську комісію (ВЛК) для оцінки стану здоров’я. Якщо командування примушує до виїзду, потрібно терміново звернутися до військового прокурора або Міністерства оборони, подавши скаргу на незаконні дії командування. Можна також звернутися до військового адвоката, який допоможе подати позов про порушення прав на лікування.
