11.02.2022 09:52:57 Доброе утро. Если Вы купили телефон в магазине, продавец должен был предупредить о всех недостатках гаджета, но вернуть товар по закону Вы имеете право в течении 14 дней. Если купили с рук возврат вряд ли возможен. Увы.
12.02.2022 12:17:52 овары, бывшие в употреблении, приобретенные у комиссионера, могут быть возвращены обратно только с согласия комиссионера. Согласие продавца является необходимым условием и при удовлетворении других требований потребителя в соответствии со статьей 8 Закона Украины «О защите прав потребителя». Так, ч. 2 статьи 8 ЗУ ««О защите прав потребителей» установлены особенные условия для товаров, которые реализовываются уже бывшими в употреблении, — «Относительно непродовольственных товаров, которые находились в использовании и были реализованы через розничные комиссионные торговые предприятия, требования потребителя, отмеченные в части первой статьи 8, удовлетворяются при согласии продавца. Согласно этой части удовлетворяются требования потребителя относительно товаров, гарантийный срок на которые не закончился». Субъект хозяйствования при осуществлении комиссионной торговли непродовольственными товарами должен руководствоваться и соблюдать требования Закона Украины "О защите прав потребителей,
