11.02.2022 09:48:03 Клиенты «Новой почты» оформить возврат полученной посылки могут тремя способами: через мобильное приложение; в личном кабинете; в системе API. Пользователь также имеет право написать заявление менеджеру компании об оформлении процедуры возвращения. Кроме этого, за каждым отправителем остается право вернуть товар через контактный центр компании или в отделении службы доставки. Исходя из Вашей ситуации сотрудники НП должны были составить Акт, что товар с дефектом, а затем оформить возврат. Уточните возможно отправитель посылки не принимает возврат. Советую обратиться к менеджеру НП в решении проблемы. Спасибо.

15.02.2022 21:52:06 Срок на возврат такого товара как одежда - 14 дней с момента покупки. Чтобы вернуть товар и получить назад оплаченные деньги вам нужно отправить товар обратно в интернет-магазин и приложить к посылке заполненный и подписанный акт возврата. Бланк акта возврата должен быть в посылке. Если бланка нет, то посетите сайт магазина, в разделе «Контакты» найдите электронную почту и напишите на неё письмо. В письме укажите: номер вашего заказа и ваше ФИО; напишите, что хотите вернуть покупку из-за ее дефектов и попросите прислать бланк Акта о возврате товара на вашу электронную почту. Узнайте у сотрудников магазина, на какое отделение «Новой Почты» следует направить посылку. Получив Акт, заполните его, поставьте дату и подпись, и после этого отправляйте посылку и бланк в магазин. Сумма, оплаченная за покупку, вернётся вам спустя 1.5-2 недели.
