Моїй тьоті 57 років.
Раніше перебувала в ЗСУ по контракту.
Із 2012 року по 2018 рік.
В 2018 р звільнилась за досягненням 55 років.
За посадою медик. При останньому ВЛК який був в 2017 році. не придатна в мирний час, придатна у військовий. Також при звільненні із ЗСУ в ТЦК не поставили відмітку про виключення з військового обліку. Питання чи можуть зараз на період військового стану її повторно мобілізувати?”

26.03.2024 16:07:23 Доброго дня! Якщо ваша тітка була звільнена з ЗСУ за досягненням пенсійного віку (55 років), то вона не може бути повторно мобілізована на період військового стану. Також, якщо у неї є висновок ВЛК про непридатність до служби у мирний час, то ймовірність її мобілізації також дуже мала. Однак, для повної впевненості рекомендую звернутися до воєнкомату або юриста для консультації.
