ТОбто, щоб ви продали свою квартиру і її покупець отримав на неї право власності - він має мати договір купівлі-продажу. За отриманий дохід потрібно платити податки та мито. Ці суми ділять зазвичай продавець та покупець. Щоб ви отримали правовстановлюючий документ на свою нову квартиру - у вас також має бути свій договір купівлі - продажу, за який теж требу заплатити податки і мито. На мою думку угоди мусить бути дві. А гроші ви можете перераховувати як вам заманеться - на рахунок, готівкою...
11.01.2023 19:36:28 У будь-якому випадку Вам потрібно реєструвати договір у нотаріуса, тому я раджу уточнювати ці питання безпосередньо в нього. Насправді не думаю, що це можливо втілити на практиці, оскільки кожний договір є незалежним та самостійним, але уточнюйте в нотаріуса.
