Вони можуть надати необхідну інформацію та підтримку для повернення вашого паспорту або інших документів, які залишилися в прикордонників. Також варто зателефонувати на гарячу лінію прикордонної служби України та повідомити про ситуацію, можливо вони зможуть надати додаткову допомогу.

08.09.2024 08:38:52 Перетинання або спроба перетинання державного кордону України без дозволу відповідних органів влади карається штрафом від 200 до 500 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або адміністративний арешт на строк до 15 діб. Особа, яка з наміром бути визнаною біженцем в Польщі або особою, яка потребує додаткового захисту не несе відповідальності за незаконне перетинання державного кордону Польщі. Така особа не несе відповідальності за порушення правил перебування в Польщі, якщо вона перебуває на території країни протягом часу, необхідного для подання заяви про визнання біженцем або особою, яка потребує додаткового захисту. Слід звернутися до Генерального консульства України в Любліні або Гданську для вирішення питання щодо документів та до Гміни, Delegatur Biura Administracji i Spraw Obywatelskich з метою легалізації перебування в Польщі.
