Вручення повістки в іншій спосіб є незаконним і на такі момент як месенджер, онлайн, телефонні дзвінки взагалі непотрібно звертати увагу. Якщо виїхав до війни, то взагалі немає жодних проблем, навіть якщо повернеться, жодної відповідальності йому не загрожує

08.02.2023 22:05:10 Ні, не може. Це виключається, оскільки за своїм статусом він є призовником і мобілізації не підлягає. Відповідальність можлива тільки по повістці, врученій під підпис. Нічого подібного цього немає і не буде.
09.02.2023 09:15:35 Доброго дня! Повістка має бути вручена йому особисто під розпис. Надсилання повістки онлайн, поштою, месенджером є незаконним, а тому не породжує будь-яких обов'язків для вашого брата
