Можно ли ламинировать диплом о высшем образовании?

08.12.2021 17:15:44 Законодательство Украины не запрещает ламинировать документы, в том числе диплом. Но у ламинации есть недостаток: государственные органы и нотариусы работают исключительно с оригиналами документов, и проверяют их подлинность; подлинность ламинированного документа проверить невозможно, и вам придется заказывать дубликат диплома. Также, если у вас возникнет необходимость подтвердить получение образования в другой стране, вы не сможете этого сделать, т.к. процедура подтверждение предусматривает проставление на документе специальной отметки (апостиля). На ламинированный документ апостиль поставить невозможно. Советую защитить диплом другим способом: подрежьте обычный файлик по размеру диплома, вложите диплом внутрь, и пройдитесь по краю среза горячим ножом. Под воздействием тепла края среза сплавятся вместе. Диплом будет защищен. А при необходимости вы сможете легко снять эту защиту, не повредив документ. Ламинацию удалить без повреждения документа невозможно.

08.12.2021 17:55:13 Здравствуйте, прямого запрета ламинировать документы в законе нет, но большинство учреждений и государственных органов не будут рассматривать заламинированный диплом как оригинал документа, поскольку невозможно установить его подлинность. Потому не рекомендую Вам ламинировать Ваш диплом

10.12.2021 23:04:36 Для початку Вам необхідно розібратися, можна ламінувати конкретний документ чи ні. У законодавстві прямої заборони про неможливість приймати такі документи немає. Однак не кожен нотаріус або посадовець візьме ламінований документ. Адже закон зобов’язує працювати з оригіналом документа, а під ламінатом неможливо встановити їх справжність. Також, на такі документи неможливо поставити штамп чи відмітку.
