06.05.2024 16:44:14 Якщо у вас є відмітка у паспорті про те, що ви не є військовозобов'язаним, це означає, що ви не повинні служити у Збройних Силах або проходити призов на строкову військову службу. Ця відмітка звичайно ставиться у паспорт особам, яким надано право на звільнення від військової служби за медичними або іншими обставинами. До досягнення 18 років ця відмітка не має для вас жодного значення, так як законодавством передбачено призов до армії лише для чоловіків після досягнення 18 років. При цьому, якщо у вашому паспортi стоїть така вiдмiтка, то можна не хвилюватися про призов до армiї. Пiсля досягнення 18 рокiв ситуацiя буде та ж сама - якщо у вашому паспортi стоять данi про те, що ви не є вiйськовозобов'язаним, то для вас не передбачено призову на строкову службу. Вам просто потрiбно буде дотримуватися всiх законодавчих норм i правил країни.
