Якщо в договорі про оренду це ніяким чином не врегульовано, потрібно виходити з моральних засад. Зрозуміло, що такі дії власників явно виходять за межі нормального суспільного устрою, але фактично вимог законодавства та щонайголовніше - положень ДОГОВОРУ, власники не порушують. Тому внесіть це в договір, аби захистити себе.
06.01.2023 11:33:13 Доброго дня. Право власників заходити в квартиру у відсутність орендарів , повинно передбачатись договором оренди квартири. В інших випадках вони мають право заходити в квартиру тільки у вашій присутності або за вашої згоди.
