30.06.2021 19:55:13 Добрый день. Пока вы не сообщите что являетесь мастером спорта среднестатистический Следователь никогда об этом не узнаёт. Забрать у вас звание будет возможно только при наличии обвинительного приговора, который наберёт законной силы и в том случае, если заинтересованным лицом будет поданы соответствующие прошения либо в министерство спорта либо в суд. Хочу сказать по опыту, что очень мало дел доходит до суда по причинённым телесным повреждениям, и то, основная масса из них - это те, в которых лицо признаёт полностью свою вину. При наличии хорошего адвоката очень сложно вас привлечь к ответственности...

Сейчас в Украине Единая спортивная классификация Украины предусматривает только одно основание для лишения спортивных званий - недостоверные данные, которые подавались в документах для присвоения спортивного звания. Помимо этого, в Положении про Единую спортивную классификацию Украины указано, что спортивное звание присваивается пожизненно. Благодарю.
01.07.2021 19:36:04 Доброго Дня Щодо вашого питання в Україні Єдина спортивна класифікація України передбачає лише одну підставу для позбавлення спортивних звань - недостовірні дані, які подавалися у документах для присвоєння спортивного звання. Тому повідомляю, що відповідно до чинних законодавчих приписів, за сутичку на вулиці зазначеного звання вас не позбавлять V. Порядок позбавлення спортивних звань 1. Спортсмен або тренер (тренер-викладач) позбавляються спортивного звання у разі виявлення недостовірної інформації в документах, які подавалися для присвоєння спортивного звання, або у разі довічної спортивної дискваліфікації спортсмена чи тренера (тренера-викладача). 2. Питання щодо позбавлення спортивного звання розглядається Комісією на підставі клопотання: структурного підрозділу Мінмолодьспорту детальніше https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/z1861-13#Text
