29.04.2022 19:00:45 Доброго дня. НБУ обмежив операції quasi cash та P2P-переказів із метою запобігання виведенню капіталу за кордон загальним лімітом у 100 тис. грн (у еквіваленті) на місяць. Зняття коштів в Україні з рахунків в національній валюті всталовнело щоденний ліміт 100 тис. грн. Пороговими цифрами обсягу готівкових і безготівкових операцій у фінансовому моніторингу є 400 тис. грн, а також значна сума при операції з готівкою. Однак банк за своїми внутрішніми правилами визнати підозрілою будь-яку операцію незалежно від суми, а також визначати значимість суми тих чи інших операцій з готівкою.

01.05.2022 16:44:21 Ліміт на картці приватбанк/монобанк встановлюється вам в додатку банку у разі необхідності збільшення винесіть зміни онлайн або зателефонуйте оператору банку. Фін моніторинг підключається за словами представників податкової на операції сумарною вартістю 400 тис грн. Зазвичай при активності руху коштів банк вимагає пояснення та підтверджуючі документи по надходженнях, доходах. Гроші не відбирають проте у відсутності пояснень та доказів походження коштів - рахунок або блокується до надсилання пояснення або кошти надсилаються надавачу. Щодо операцій по крипті то ймовірніше необхідно буде подати декларацію про доходи та сплатити податки 18 % ПДФО та 1,5 військового збору.
