Recently, our team was asked a question: “1.У меня военной выслуги уже 10лет месяца из этой выслуги где-то 1,5 года я работал в милиции.Но я буду увольняться по ВЛК и мне когда будут считать выслугу лет будет засчитано в эти 1год и 5месяцев или нет? 2.И еще я читал законы по поводу того когда я буду увольняться по 2группе то мне за каждый год должны выплатить 50 процентов от моей зарплаты даже если не будет 10 лет выслуги . Хоть 5 лет все равно должны выплатить за каждый год?Я правильно понял?За ранее спасибо вам за этих два ответа .”

20.02.2024 14:14:48 Доброго дня! 1,5 року вислуги в поліції Вам зарахують за умови якщо Ви надали чи надавали до військової частини довідку про те що проходили службу в органах МВС в період з .... по...., тоді буде підстава зробити Ваш перерахунок! На рахунок звільнення по непридатності до військової служби по висновку ВЛК - Ви все правильно зрозуміли, Вам належить виплата 50 відсотків грошового забезпечення (зарплати за кожен прослужений рік).
