Recently, our team was asked a question: “Вітаю. Допоможіть будь ласка розібратися. Я підписав повістку у військкомат, а потім виявив у ній помилки. Рік народження вказаний не вірно та не вірно вказано місце проживання. Чи можуть мене притягнути до відповідальності за неявку у військкомат за таким порядком.”

10.03.2023 13:26:30 Доброго дня. Від повістки можна відмовитися, якщо в ній вказані не всі особисті дані, або якщо вона заповнена з помилками. В разі, коли в повістці виявлені помилки, можна відмовитися від її підписання. Тоді працівник військкомату буде зобов'язаний скласти акт про відмову від отримання у присутності свідків. Акт передають до центрів комплектування, які мають виправити помилки. Дякую.
10.03.2023 13:42:02 Притягнути до відповідальності не можуть, оскільки повістку виписано НЕ Вам, а іншій особі (з таким ПІБ як у Вас).
10.03.2023 15:54:44 Добрий день! Притягнути можуть, напишуть протокол, постанову. Передадуть до державної виконавчої служби, але з Вас не зможуть провести стягнення. Оскільки за токою адресою така особа не проживає і відповідно рік народження не той. Тому вирішувати Вам, як далі діяти...
