12.05.2023 10:17:56 Доброго дня, у першу чергу зверніться до поліції з завою про шахрайство (ст. 190 кку), та погрозою вбивства (ст. 129 кку). Через тиждень зверніться до ГУНП з заявою що просите повідомити на якої стадії ваші справи. (це пришвидшить розслідування). Коли шахраїв признають винними у злочині - звертайтесь до суду в рамках цивільного судочинства, та накладуйте арешти навсе їх майно та банківські рахунки, та стягуйте кошти.
