03.12.2023 14:35:14 Дані про право власності нерухомості зазвичай поширюються між реєстрами нерухомості та реєстром прав власності. Реєстр нерухомості містить інформацію про об'єкти нерухомості, їх характеристики та межі, а реєстр прав власності містить дані про особу, яка має право власності на цю нерухомість. Щодо новоствореного реєстру призовників, ця інформація не пов'язана з правами власності на нерухомість і зазвичай не попадає до реєстрів нерухомостей чи прав власності. Вона може бути оброблена та збережена окремим державним органом або службою для цивільного обслуговування або призовний командират.
04.12.2023 13:28:04 Державний реєстр речових прав на нерухоме майно — єдина державна інформаційна система в Україні, що містить відомості про права на нерухоме майно, їх обтяження, а також про об'єкти та суб'єктів цих прав. Внесення даних про право власності на нерухоме майно до єдиного реєстру державний реєстр призовників, військовозобов'язаних та резервістів не передбачено законом.
