25.03.2022 14:04:35 Якщо ви переїхали (переселились) в інший регіон то ви зобов'язаний протягом 2 днів стати на облік за новим місцем реєстрації, у т. ч зареєструватися в військкоматі. Відповідальність за ухилення Стаття 2101 Кодексу про адміністративні правопорушення України (далі — КУпАП) скеровує: в разі незʼявлення за викликом територіального центру комплектування та соціальної підтримки для визначення призначення у воєнний час тягне за собою накладення штрафу у розмірі від 3400 до 5100 грн.Національна поліція має право здійснювати адміністративне затримання військовозобовʼязаних при порушенні законодавства про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію та доставляти їх до територіального центру комплектування (ст.ст. 259, 262 КУпАП, ч. 3 ст. 38 Закону України «Про військовий обовʼязок і військову службу»). та ст 336 ККУ. Як студент денної форми навчання ви не можете отримати відстрочку по ст 23 ЗУ "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію" пред'явивши документи з ВУЗу (довідку, студентський тощо)
