22.04.2022 08:55:27 В окремих випадках іноземці мають право продовжити строк дії посвідки, шляхом її обміну за наявності підстави, на основі якої її було видано раніше. Для цього іноземцю необхідно зібрати перелік документів та звернутися до міграційної служби, але не пізніше ніж за 15 робочих днів до дати закінчення строку її дії. У цьому контексті варто наголосити на тому, що продовжити дію посвідки можна лише на тій ж самій підставі, на основі якої було видано посвідку. Дякую

Якщо ви плануєте виїжджати за кордон то проблем з перетином кордону та отриманням статусу тимчасового захисту у вас не буде не зважаючи на про термінування документів Якщо плануєте проживати Україні й надалі документи необхідно зробити актуальні.
