18.01.2025 09:40:16 Вітаю! Чоловік має право на відстрочку, тому його в будь-якому випадку не мобілізують. Самостійного обов'язку йти до ТЦК та проходити ВЛК у чоловіка немає, але якщо його направлять на медичний огляд (наприклад, повісткою), то він буде зобов'язаний його пройти.
