24.12.2024 15:20:59 Я розумію вашу ситуацію і рекомендую вам спробувати наступні кроки: 1. Звернутися до банку, у якому ви маєте картку, і подати заяву про шахрайство або незаконне списання коштів. Банк може провести своє розслідування та повернути вам кошти. 2. Звернутися до Національної поліції та подати заяву про шахрайство. Якщо вони відмовляються відкривати провадження, можете звернутися до прокуратури або правозахисних організацій за допомогою. 3. Подумайте також про звернення до Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах фінансових послуг, за допомогою. Вони можуть допомогти вирішити конфлікт між вами та банком. Не губите надiю та продовжуйте наполягати на своїх правах.

25.12.2024 13:51:57 Доброго дня! Якщо поліція відмовилася відкривати провадження, ви маєте право звернутися до прокуратури. У скарзі детально опишіть ситуацію, зазначте, що поліція відмовляється реєструвати злочин або розслідувати вашу заяву. Також ви маєте право оскаржити бездіяльність поліції у суді. Для цього зверніться до місцевого адміністративного суду з позовною заявою про зобов’язання поліції внести відомості до ЄРДР. Ви також можете подати скаргу до офісу Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини, якщо вважаєте, що ваші права були порушені. Напишіть скаргу до начальника відділу поліції або до територіального управління Національної поліції. Укажіть, що ваші права ігноруються. Законодавча основа: Стаття 214 КПК України: поліція зобов’язана протягом 24 годин після отримання заяви внести відомості про злочин до ЄРДР та розпочати розслідування.
