02.04.2021 11:50:41 Добрий день, варто зауважити, що карантинні обмеження були введені в Києві ще рішенням від 20.03.2021, якими встановлено ряд обмежень - 10 кв. метрів на 1 особу у релігійних обрядах і 20 на 1 особу в магазинах, заборонено приймання відвідувачів у ряді закладів, проведення масових заходів (крім спортивних, включених до єдиного плану заходів України) і інші - модна ознайомитися на сайті Київської міської ради. З 05.04.2021 - ці заходи будуть посилені та додані нові - закриття шкіл, запроваджено перепустки на транспорт, дистанційна робота і інші. Порушення правил (в тому числі встановлених Києвом) тягне за собою штраф (ст. 44-3 КУпАП) від 17 до 34 тисяч гривень. Відсутність масок у громадян - від 170 до 255 грн. Для бізнесу за відсутність масок на працівниках - від 3400 до 5100 грн. З приводу кількості людей вказано на початку відповіді.

З 5 квітня додатково діють наступні обмеження: транспорт та метро за перепустками, закриття шкіл та дитсадків, заклади громадського харчування продовжують працювати на доставку або навинос, роботодавцям рекомендовано відправити працівників на дистанційну роботу. Адміністративна відповідальність передбачена за перебування в громадських будинках, спорудах, громадському транспорті під час дії карантину без вдягнутих засобів індивідуального захисту, зокрема респіраторів або захисних масок, що закривають ніс та рот, у тому числі виготовлених самостійно - штраф від 170 до 255 грн. Нових штрафів або підвищення штрафів не передбачено. Ви маєте право здійснювати прогулянку на вулиці без маски з дотриманням дистанції. Обмеження щодо кількості людей під час прогулянок не встановлено.
