Коли ми сказали це адміністратору, нас запевнили, що все добре. Через деякий час, нас забрала швидка з алкогольним отруєнням. Як нам діяти?”

05.08.2021 22:24:45 Так, за ст. 17 Закону України «Про державне регулювання виробництва і обігу спирту етилового, коньячного і плодового, алкогольних напоїв та тютюнових виробів» до суб'єктів господарювання застосовуються фінансові санкції у вигляді штрафів у разі:виробництва, зберігання, транспортування, реалізації фальсифікованих алкогольних напоїв;алкогольних напоїв чи тютюнових виробів без марок акцизного податку встановленого зразка або з підробленими марками акцизного податку, або з використанням тари, що не відповідає встановленим законом вимогам- 200 відсотків вартості товару, але не менше 17000 гривень. Вам необхідно звернутись з заявою до поліції.
05.08.2021 23:33:56 Доброго Дня Залежно від ваших інтересів, якщо ви хочете щоб Вам відшкодували завдану шкоду та понесені витрати на лікування, вам з документами з лікарні а саме висновками слід звернутися до адміністрації нічного клубу, у випадку їхнього ігнорування наступні Ваші дії звернення до територіального управління держспоживслужби з документами про перевірку суб'єкту господарювання, або в поліцію.

На підставі Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів» можна подати позов до суду про відшкодування матеріальної і моральної шкоди, заподіяної товаром неналежної якості. Споживачі звільняються від сплати судового збору за позовами, що пов'язані з порушенням їх прав (стаття 22 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів»). Дякую.
