Recently, our team was asked a question: “1 марта 2022 г. должен был состояться суд по снятию ареста с единственного источника дохода арплатной карты. Но из-за военного положения суд не состоялся. Частный судебный исполнитель Телявский неоднократно превышал свои полномочия, защищая подлецов и мерзавцев. Мой долг, причём частному лицу, несчастный случай, разбитое оборудование. У банка ничего не брал. Но получить деньги за полгода не могу. Все обесцннивается. На руках мать - инвалид, на иждивении сын-инвалид. Я в панике! Помогите!”

23.03.2022 18:24:37 Кабінет міністрів тимчасово дозволив користуватися населенню окремими арештованими банківськими рахунками. Відповідне рішення закріплене розпорядженням уряду №198 від 2 березня 2022 року. Згідно до документу, можна сплачувати з рахунку, за умови, якщо стягнення з особи не перевищує 100 тисяч гривень. З метою забезпечення життєдіяльності населення в умовах воєнного стану дозволити фізичним особам здійснювати видаткові операції з рахунків, на які накладено арешт органами державної виконавчої служби, приватними виконавцями, без урахування такого арешту за умови, якщо сума стягнення за виконавчим документом щодо такої особи не перевищує 100 000 (сто тисяч) гривень.
25.03.2022 23:00:24 Зверніться безпосередньо до Суду тобто самого суді в провадженні якого знаходиться ваша справа зарез суди працюють та справи розглядаються проте у режимі обмеженому, попросіть послухати вашу справу та вкажіть що відсутні кошти на утримання інвалідів та зловживання повноважень державним виконавцем. Також не зайвим буде поскаржитись начальником виконавчої служби на державного виконавця, це досить ефективно.
