09.02.2023 15:37:18 Доброго дня. Перший може претендувати на все майно у випадку відмови від спадщини іншого спадкоємця. Під час війни термін у 6 місяців про прийняття спадщини не діє. Дякую.
09.02.2023 15:39:14 Після 10 місяців з моменту смерті спадкодавця (це тільки на період військового стану, взагалі 6 місяців)
09.02.2023 16:10:27 Для прийняття спадщини встановлюється загальний строк у шість місяців, який починається з часу відкриття спадщини, тобто з дня смерті спадкодавця або з дня, з якого він був оголошений померлим. За загальним правилом спадкоємець, який протягом шестимісячного строку, не подав заяву про прийняття спадщини, вважається таким, що не прийняв її. Разом з тим законодавством передбачені випадки, коли строк на прийняття спадщини може бути продовжений.
