Recently, our team was asked a question: “Добрий день! Чи потрібна відмітка про відстрочку, для супроводу інваліда 2 групи за кордон, якщо комісію у військоматі пройшов але сказали щоб чекав на дзвінок.”

30.09.2022 11:12:55 Для перетину кордону наявність відмітки про відстрочку з РЦКтаСП не передбачено, та в переліку обов'язкових документів не передбачено. При цьому звертаю увагу на наявність документів, що нададуть змогу перетнути кордон при супроводі особи з інвалідністю. Оскільки при супроводі дружини, дитини неповнолітньої, батьків та батьків дружини з інвалідністю 1 чи 2 групи оформлення опіки або постійного догляду не потрібно. А для супроводі інших осіб з інвалідінстю потрібно додатково оформляти такий статус. Для детальної консультації - звертайтесь
30.09.2022 11:32:15 Доброго дня. Відповідно до п. 2-1 Правил перетину державного кордону України військово-обліковий документ непотрібен для отримання права на перетин кордону. Щодо конкретного переліку документів на перетин, то необхідно знати ким Вам доводиться інвалід. Від ступеню родинного зв'язку залежить конкретні умови перетину
