Мобілізації Ви не підлягаєте але й виїзд не дозволено, оскільки такої категорії осіб, як громадяни України, зняті з військового обліку у зв’язку із відбуванням покарання за злочин, не передбачено п. 2-6 Правил та частиною першою статті 23 Закону України «Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію», тобто є тимчасові обмеження у праві виїзду з території України.

18.11.2022 12:48:06 Добрий день. Громадяни, які мають судимість можуть покинути країну після того, як була погашена або повністю знята така судимість. або за дозволом слідчого у якого особа "відмічається".

18.11.2022 13:06:03 На жаль з цієї підстави на пункті пропуску Ваш не пропустять, згдіно п 2-6 Правил перетинання кордону (постанова КМУ № 57 від 1995 р). Варто розглянути інші варіанти для виїзду за кордон
