30.05.2023 19:40:39 УБД (учасник бойових дій) - це статус, який надається особам, які брали участь у бойових діях та мають підтверджений статус учасника або учасника-інваліда бойових дій. Військовослужбовці Збройних Сил України, які брали участь у бойових діях, можуть отримати статус УБД. Щодо вашого запитання, військовослужбовець ЗСУ, який має статус УБД з 2015 року та отримує пенсію, може отримати новий статус УБД в разі повторного участі у бойових діях, якщо він відповідає критеріям, визначеним законодавством. Старе УБД не втрачає свою силу, але для отримання нового статусу УБД потрібно мати підтвердження участі у нових бойових діях.
