Найчастіше це можуть бути Міністерство оборони або Ветерани України. Вам необхідно буде надати всю необхідну документацію, що підтверджує вашу участь у захисті держави внаслідок збройної агресії (наприклад, приписка про призов до лав Збройних Сил України, свидетельство про участь у бойових діях тощо). Поточну інформацію та конкретну процедуру отримання УБД краще перевірити на офіційних сайтах зазначених органів чи проконсультуватися з юристом.
