24.02.2023 17:33:17 порядок отримання убд визначено постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 20 серпня 2014 № 413 «Про затвердження Порядку надання статусу учасника бойових дій особам, які .....». статус учасника бойових дій надається особам, зазначеним у пункті 2 Порядку, в разі залучення їх до проведення антитерористичної операції чи здійснення заходів із забезпечення національної безпеки і оборони, відсічі і стримування збройної агресії РФ в Донецькій та Луганській областях на строк не менше ніж 30 календарних днів, у тому числі за сукупністю днів перебування в районах її проведення. Особам, які брали участь у виконанні бойових (службових) завдань в умовах безпосереднього зіткнення та вогневого контакту з противником, у проведенні розвідувальних заходів, що підтверджено оперативним штабом з управління антитерористичною операцією чи Об’єднаним оперативним штабом Збройних Сил України, а також які отримали поранення статус учасника бойових дій надається статус убд надається незалежно від кількості днів
