07.03.2024 13:41:06 Українське законодавство дозволяє отримати відстрочку від мобілізації батькам дітей з інвалідністю, але з певними умовами: Основне: Право на відстрочку частіше за все має той батько, хто є опікуном дитини. Оскільки в вашому випадку мама є опікуном, це може вплинути на ваше право на відстрочку. Необхідні документи: Свідоцтво про народження дитини. Документ про інвалідність дитини. Документи, що свідчать про ваш зв'язок з дитиною (якщо є). Документи про розлучення та опіку (якщо є).
