Recently, our team was asked a question: “Моя мати 3 група інвалідності, маю акт лкк що здійснюю догляд за нею. Є ще сестра але вона за кордоном більше 10 років живе. Я як син можу отримати відстрочку?”

16.09.2024 16:45:57 Так, як син інваліда 3 групи, ви можете отримати відстрочку від призову до Збройних Сил. Для цього вам потрібно звернутися до військового комісаріату з документами, що підтверджують статус вашої матері як інваліда 3 групи, а також актом ЛКК про догляд за нею. Вам можуть надати відстрочку на певний термін або ж повну звільнення від служби у Збройних Силах.
16.09.2024 16:51:01 Доброго дня! Якщо потрібна довідка МСЕК про те що мати потребує постійного стороннього догляду, довідка ЛКК такого права для відстрочки не дає! Окрім того потрібно буде документально доводити той факт, що сестра дійсно закордоном!

17.09.2024 10:01:02 Доброго дня! Так, Ви можете оформити відстрочку на підставі п. 9 ч.1 ст. 23 Закону "Про мобілізаційну підготовку та мобілізацію". Якщо є акт лкк, що саме Ви здійснюєте догляд, то це спрощує ситуацію. Щодо сестри, то згідно чинного законодавства вона не вважається "працездатною особою", що могло бути перешкождою для отримання відстрочки, оскільки не проживає на території України. Але треба додати відповідне підтвердження, що сестра не проживає вже тривалий час в Україні. Крім того, залишиться отримати акт згідно додатку 8 Постанови 560, але з актом лкк, це не має бути проблемою. Тому зберіть документи щодо відсутності сестри, хвороби матері, ваші та вперед!
